Edge of Defense

Edge of Defense runs the standard tower-defense loop along a border under constant pressure: place defenses at the right spots and upgrade them steadily to hold back wave after wave of attackers pushing toward the edge. Positioning matters as much as raw defense count, since a defense placed where the attack route bends or narrows can hit far more enemies per wave than the same defense dropped along an open stretch. Early waves are forgiving enough to experiment with layout, but later ones ramp up in numbers and speed, forcing you to reinforce weak points in your defense line before they get overrun. Managing resources between building new defenses and upgrading the ones already earning their keep becomes the central decision every round comes down to.
